Terms & Conditions

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Registrations and payments will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations will not be processed or confirmed unless accompanied by payment.

Substitution of delegates is permitted prior to 1 September 2006. Please notify the conference secretariat via email on info@amlechouse.com of all name changes.

Within Australia
Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard and are accepted. Cheques should be made payable to Amlec House Conferences. Transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Amlec House Conference.

International
Overseas payments must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only, drawn on an Australian bank. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Registration may be paid by direct transfer through arrangement with the conference secretariat.

The deadline for all registrations and payments is 1 September 2006. Registrations or payments made after this date will incur an A$50.00 late registration fee and will only be accepted via credit card payment.

NOTE: Registration fees are inclusive of Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST). For current exchange rates visit www.xe.com/ucc/.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing/via email to the Conference Secretariat at the address below. Your cancellation is not effective until you receive confirmation. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of A$30.00 per delegate and will be given to cancellations received prior to 23 August 2006. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and program. Amlec House Pty Ltd and the Conference Organiser do not accept responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation of the conference.

The company gathers information through the contact form on this website, through investigation of publically available information, and through direct contact with individuals and businesses. In registering for Amlec House conferences relevant details (name, company, email address) will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates. They may also be made available to parties directly related to the conference, including sponsors and key suppliers, and may be used to advise you of future conferences and other events. The information that we collect is stored securely with the latest technology available to our company.
